Colin Dobson from Hemsworth has been in touch to tell us about his latest charity effort.  Colin set a new record for cycling the towpath of the Leeds-Liverpool canal last year and this time he's hoping to do the Lands End to John O' Groats trip in just 10 days!  He starts in Cornwall on Thursday 15 July, raising money for MND, the Motor Neurone Disease Association.  You can find out more here.  We hope to speak to Colin on the show and we'll be following his progress too.
